How long does image generation take?
Image generation typically takes 15–40 seconds depending on the complexity of your prompt and current API load. Video generation takes 45–120 seconds for an 8-second clip.
Is my product image stored on your servers?
No. Your product image is converted to base64 in your browser and sent directly to the Google AI API. DL Growth servers never receive or store your product images.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Unused image and video credits reset at the beginning of each new billing period and cannot be carried over. Make sure to use your credits before your renewal date.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have generated fewer than 35 content pieces. After this window, refunds are generally not available for digital content. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Who is responsible for the generated content?
You are solely responsible for all materials you upload and the content generated. This includes ensuring it complies with advertising guidelines on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Please review all outputs before publishing.
How is my payment information handled?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption.
Do you offer agency or white-label plans?
Yes. Our Scale plan includes white-label exports and multi-brand support. For custom enterprise agreements, email info@mevoboom.se.
What file formats can I upload?
DL Growth accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP and HEIC product images. For best results, use a clean product photo with good lighting and a clear background.
Which languages are supported for UGC?
Swedish, English, Norwegian, Danish, German, French, Spanish and Dutch. More languages are planned — vote for your language on our roadmap page.
What are my rights under GDPR?
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact our support at info@mevoboom.se and we will respond within 30 days.
Is my data shared with third parties?
Your prompts are shared with AI providers (such as Google AI) to generate content. Payment data is handled by Stripe. No personally identifiable information is sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
