1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the DL Growth AI platform — including DL Copy Studio, DL Image Studio, DL Video Studio, DL Hub, and all associated tools — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Meviboom AB, org. nr 559529-2086 ("we", "us", "our"), the company operating DL Growth AI under the domain and associated services. These terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, subscribers, and API consumers.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Services

DL Growth AI is an all-in-one artificial intelligence platform designed to help businesses, creators, and marketers produce high-quality content efficiently. The platform includes the following core tools:

DL Copy Studio

An AI-powered writing assistant that generates marketing copy, ad headlines, email sequences, product descriptions, social media captions, and long-form content. Outputs are generated using large language models and are intended as a starting point for the user's own creative work.

DL Image Studio

An AI image generation tool that creates product visuals, branded graphics, social media imagery, and UGC-style mockups. Users can provide prompts, select styles, and generate multiple variations. Images are produced by generative AI models and are not photographs.

DL Video Studio

An AI video creation tool that produces short-form video content suitable for social media, advertising, and marketing campaigns. Users can define scenes, select audio styles, and export ready-to-publish clips.

DL Hub

A central dashboard providing access to all tools, usage statistics, saved projects, account management, and subscription settings. DL Hub serves as the command center for all DL Growth AI activity.

We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes in advance.

3. User Accounts

Registration

To use DL Growth AI you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at info@mevoboom.se if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from or provide services to individuals under 18.

Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the platform, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

DL Growth AI is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, plan features, and billing cycles are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with advance notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Plans & Credits

We offer several paid plans with different quotas. Each plan includes a specific number of image and video credits per month. Unused credits reset at the beginning of each new billing period and cannot be carried over unless otherwise specified. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the new plan takes effect immediately.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers who have not generated more than 35 content pieces. After this window, refunds are generally not available for digital content that has been generated. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

Pricing Changes

Promotional or introductory rates apply only to the first billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Upon renewal, your subscription will be charged at the then-current standard rate. We may adjust pricing, features, and credit allocations at any time and at our sole discretion, with advance notice to existing subscribers.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to all paid features until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Note: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or saved content. Your projects and history remain accessible on a free-tier basis after cancellation.

5. Content Responsibility

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all material (logos, product images, text) that you upload to the platform, as well as any content generated using our tools. You warrant that you have the right to use all materials you upload and that they do not infringe upon any third-party rights.

Copyright

You confirm that you hold the necessary rights or licenses for all materials you upload to DL Growth AI. Meviboom AB is not liable for any copyright infringement caused by user-uploaded content or content generated from user-provided inputs.

Advertising Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that all generated content complies with the advertising guidelines and policies of the platforms where you publish it, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. DL Growth AI does not guarantee that generated content will be approved by any third-party platform.

6. Acceptable Use

By using DL Growth AI, you agree not to use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or in violation of these terms. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and publish using our tools.

Prohibited Content

You may not use DL Growth AI to create, distribute, or promote content that:

Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party
Contains defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive material
Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene
Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activity
Constitutes spam, phishing, or any form of unsolicited commercial communication
Deliberately misleads consumers or misrepresents products or services
Violates any applicable advertising standards or regulations

Note on adult products: Marketing for adult products is permitted provided the generated content does not contain nudity, sexually explicit imagery, or graphic depictions. Content must comply with the advertising policies of your chosen distribution platforms.

Platform Integrity

You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the DL Growth AI platform or its underlying AI models. You may not resell access to the platform or offer our tools as your own product without explicit written permission from Meviboom AB.

Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the DL Growth AI platform — including its design, code, branding, documentation, and underlying AI models — are owned exclusively by Meviboom AB or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights in the platform to you.

Generated Content

Content generated using DL Growth AI tools (copy, images, videos) is granted to you under a non-exclusive, worldwide license for your personal and commercial use, subject to the limitations in our acceptable use policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

User-Provided Content

When you upload images, text, or other materials to the platform, you retain ownership of that content. You grant Meviboom AB a limited license to process and use that content solely for the purpose of providing you with the requested services. We do not claim ownership of your uploads.

Important: AI-generated images and copy are produced by machine learning models. We cannot guarantee that generated content is entirely free of similarities to existing third-party works. Review all outputs before commercial publication.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 100% uptime and service availability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to DL Growth AI. We are not liable for any financial loss, missed deadlines, or business impact resulting from temporary technical disruptions, maintenance windows, or incorrectly generated content.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

DL Growth AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from using our tools will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meviboom AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Contact & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

The following are not eligible for refunds:

Purchases made more than 14 days ago
Accounts that have generated more than 35 content pieces
Subscription renewals (monthly or annual)
Plan upgrades or downgrades after the initial purchase period
Custom services, consulting, or enterprise agreements

This policy applies exclusively to subscriptions purchased directly through DL Growth AI.

Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription and requesting a refund are different actions. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. A refund reverses the charge and immediately reverts your account to the free tier.

Generated content and project files are retained for as long as you maintain an account. You can delete individual projects at any time from your dashboard.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and monitoring for unauthorized access. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours as required by GDPR.

6. Cookies
